In my beginner photography class, we had to create a series of images that showcase silence and emptiness. Most of my images were taken in Gettysburg at the battlefield. It represents silence and emptiness because of all the soldiers that lost their lives in the bloodiest battle during the civil war. The vast open land, statues, and cloudy sky enhance the meaning of the images.
